To celebrate Aerowaves’ 25 years in making, director Enya Belak tackles the past, present and future of one of the largest dance European networks in the documentary 'Aerowaves at 25'. Aerowaves prides itself on its unique role as a connector between choreographers, dance programmers and dance enthusiasts across Europe. Through the documentary, we also learn about the founders of the platform and activities Aerowaves devised to connect various dance enthusiasts around the globe. Amongst others, the film features founding director John Ashford, Administrative director Anna Arthur; board member Betsy Gregory; Aerowaves artists Patricia Arpeggi, Viktor Černický or Christos Papadopoulos; dance writers Sanjoy Roy and Donald Hutera; and Aerowaves partners like Frosso Trousa and Yvona Kreuzmannová.

Enya Belak is a filmmaker, choreographer and artist. After completing her MA in Film Directing at Goldsmiths University in London, Enya participated in numerous film and dance projects. In recent years, she has been working with the organization Aerowaves, where she designed Springback Production, an audio-visual and digital platform. She is also involved in the development of the new branch of Springback Ringside, a platform dedicated to recording dance performances in VR.
