ATIFA and BRANKO are a couple for the past five years. They love each other, and have throughout their relationship wanted to live together. Independently. But easier said than done. They are both persons with special needs. Due to their mental disorder , they are both legally incapable. But in practice, this isn’t completely true. When other people understand this kind of difference, accept it and offer support, the lives of people with mental disorders can become more or less the same as anybody else .
