The content of the film is about the ancient faith in the Soča Valley, which is not known when it appeared. The only thing we know is that in 1331 the bearers of the new faith (Christianity) came from Cividale del Friuli and violent Christianization began, which was extremely violent. Their shrines were demolished and old believers persecuted, and many killed. For this reason, they committed themselves to silence. From generation to generation, this faith was passed down only through oral tradition. Medvešček began collecting oral tradition in 1953 until 1975, which means that until then this religion still existed as alive. What it is today, however, no one knows anymore. The essence of their beliefs is in the saying: "The only Goddess is the Goddess Nikrmana, the cosmic great-power, and creator of the entire universe. It has no shape and is ubiquitous. "When we worship her, we worship nature". Therefore, they had an extremely respectful attitude towards nature
