A portrayal of Peter Braatz, a German-Slovenian artist, musician, cinematographer, screenwriter and director, who also goes by the name of Harry Rag. Braatz, who came onto the German punk scene in late 1970s and ’80s as lead singer of S.Y.P.H., is primarily a documentary filmmaker whose works are often misunderstood and rejected. Peter vs. Harry features insightful interviews with Braatz’s colleagues and friends, as well as family members.

Ida Weiss has been involved in film production since 1994, graduating from the Multimedia Institute and Academy in Ljubljana with a focus on multimedia production. In 1998, alongside her sister, director Maja Weiss, she established Bela Film d.o.o., a film and video production and distribution company, where she serves as the director and producer for all projects. Since 2005, she has also overseen cultural activities at Senca Studio, emphasizing content creation for children and educational initiatives.
As an independent producer, Ida has helmed over 40 films. Bela Film productions have been showcased at over 250 festivals worldwide, including prestigious events like Berlin and Cannes, garnering numerous awards and nominations, including a European Film Academy nomination for best debut with "Guardian of the Border." From 2001 to 2004, she produced a feature program for RTV Slovenia. Additionally, until 2008, she worked extensively as a film director and/or executive producer, contributing to notable projects such as "Uglaševanje" by Igor Šterko, "Slepa pega" by Hanna A.W. Slak, "Plan B" by Urška Kos, and "Banker" by Varja Močnik. In 2017, she directed her debut film "Peter vs. Harry" (55 min.) premiered at the Documentary Film Festival in Ljubljana.
