The documentary film Tell Your Tale, Little Bird (1993) delves into the lives of Palestinian women fighters. It recounts the experiences of seven women who took part in the Palestinian armed resistance during the 1960s and 1970s and subsequently spent much of their lives in Israeli prisons. Despite the harsh prison conditions, their sisterhood and solidarity only grew stronger. Their stories shed light on why these women became symbols of their people's rebellion, portraying a confident, unyielding, and proud female identity. The film also exposes the political misuse of the "terrorist" label, deliberately applied to anyone who resists.
