A documentary about the Slovenian punk scene between 1977 and 1985: all the bands were made up of high school students who, despite their youth, quickly started performing and triggered a wave of repression by the Communist Party. While Marshal Tito was dying in Ljubljana, Slovenia was experiencing an explosion of extraordinary creativity among young people who no longer agreed with the party's single-mindedness. This was the first serious countercultural blow in the former Yugoslavia, followed by the "Nazi punk affair", which led to the arrest of three main actors of the punk scene. While English punks gathered in pubs, Slovenian punks gathered in the city center on Johnny Rotten Square. They lived in dangerous times.
