Submissions Closed for DOKUDOC and HIM Open Calls

The Dokudoc festival's 12th edition, scheduled for September 14-17, 2023, at the Maribor Puppet Theatre, has received 38 producer applications for its open call. Despite lacking support from the Slovenian Film Center and the Municipality of Maribor, the organizing team remains resolute in providing an exceptional program, thanks to the generous backing of individuals and organizations that recognize the festival's value and appreciate the dedication of twelve years of effort. The call received 28 applications, each vying for awards in the categories of "New digital experiences," "Virtual and augmented reality," "Audiovisual heritage," and "Heritage Schools” intended for high school and student filmmakers.
