The evening screening of the third festival day will take place on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at 8 p.m., in the Maribor Puppet Theater. In the "DOKU NOW" section, we proudly present the full-length film "WOMAN OF GOD," directed by Maja Prettner, a project five years in the making and making its debut in Slovenia. This film, which earned the Al Jazeera award at last year's AJB DOC pitch festival in Sarajevo, securing distribution in the Middle East, will be followed by a discussion with the director and the film's main protagonist. Tickets (5 EUR) can be purchased at the Maribor Puppet Theater box office.
Our Saturday night gathering continues at the Gustaf Hall in KC Pekarna, where we are hosting an exclusive "Trance-Only Dark Forest Magic" party featuring a special guest from Macedonia, FOBI. Tickets for the event are available for 15 EUR.
