As part of the 11th edition of the Dokudoc festival, we invite you to a DOKUDOC party, which follows the Friday and Saturday program, filled with a series of film premieres and a wide range of education courses. In Klub Wetrinsky, we are preparing a DJ set by two established Maribor DJs, Marko Jaušovec on Friday and DJ Rocca on Saturday.
Marko creates sound images with repeated samples he collected and created while traveling through various music scenes of house electronics, big beat, breakbeat, garage, acid, drum & bass and many other subgenres, which are based on sharp rhythms and low melodic bass lines. He upgraded his classic DJ routine into an experiment, reflected in the picturesque transitions and creation of atmosphere. He often introduces classics of funk, soul, and other non-electronic musical elements into his sets.
Rocca is a vinyl master who impresses with his sets and music selection. He will play the rhythms of Funk, Breakbeat, Hip-hop, Nu Disco & Soul on the turntables.
